Instant Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
½ C chicken broth
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
½ small onion, finely chopped
1 14-oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
1 10-oz. box frozen spinach
8 oz. cream cheese, cut into eight chunks
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. onion powder
16 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
Tortilla chips or toasted bread, for serving
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in the Instant Pot in the order listed above, minus the last 3 ingredients.
- Set the pot to manual pressure for 4 minutes.
- Quick release the instant pot; stir in the cheeses.
- Serve with tortilla chips or toasted bread.
