1 pint cremini mushrooms, stems trimmed, cut into sixths
2 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme leaves
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 pint cremini mushrooms, stems trimmed, cut into sixths
2 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme leaves
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a sauté pan and saute the mushrooms until soft.
- Add the fresh thyme leaves and season with salt and pepper.
