Corn Casserole

Ingredients
2 cans cream corn
2 cans whole kernel corn
2 pkg Jiffy Cornbread mix
2 C sour cream
2 Tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Lightly grease 9 x 13 inch casserole dish or 10 inch cast iron skillet.
- Drain the liquid off from the whole kernel corn.
- Mix all ingredients and pour into baking dish. Bake 1 hour. Alternative Method
- Crock Pot: Add to lightly greased Crock Pot, Cook on high for 2-3 hours, or on low for 4 hours. Be sure the center is firm and set prior to serving.
- Make ahead: Cover unbaked casserole with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator. Bake when ready for use.
