Mexican Wedding Cake

Ingredients
2 C Flour
2 C Sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1-20 oz can crushed pineapple w/ juice
½ C chopped nuts
Frosting:
1 stick butter (melted)
1-8oz cream cheese (softened)
¾ C sugar
1 tsp vanilla
½ C chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all together.
- Bale om 9" X 13" pan 30 min. Frosting:
- Mix first 4 ingredients with mixer until fluffy.
- Add pecans.
- Spread on cake while warm.
