Smoked Salmon Paté

Yield: 16 - 20 servings
Ingredients
1 lb can smoked salmon
1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese
2 Tbsp grated onion
¼ tsp salt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Dash Tabasco or ¼ tsp pepper
1 Tbsp liquid smoke (if no smoked salmon available)
1 tsp prepared horseradish
Chopped nuts
Parsley, paprika
Instructions
- Drain salmon and remove skin and bones.
- Flake and combine next 7 ingredients.
- Chill several hours.
- Decorate with chopped nuts and parsley or paprika.
- Serve with crackers.
