Citrus-glazed Halibut

Ingredients
¼ C all purpose flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
2 Fresh Halibut Steak, cut 1-inch thick
1 Tbsp canola oil
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
½ C orange juice
4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
4 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Blend flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a shallow bowl.
- Dust each side of halibut steaks with flour mixture.
- Heat oil and butter in a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook halibut 5 minutes per side.
- Combine orange juice, Worcestershire and lemon juice then add to skillet.
- Raise heat to high and bring liquid to a boil.
- Cook for 2 minutes until sauce thickens and glazes fish.
- Spoon sauce over fish while cooking.
- Serve immediately.
