Asian Rub
Yield: 2 tablespoons

Ingredients

1 Tbsp black peppercorns, crushed
1½ tsp anise seeds, crushed
1 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground cloves



Cajun Rub
Yield: 2 tablespoons

1 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
1 tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp celery seeds
½ tsp ground red pepper
¼ tsp salt

 
Caribbean Rub
Yield: 2 tablespoons

Ingredients

1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dried minced onion
1 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
½ to ¾ tsp crushed red pepper
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground allspice
½ tsp ground black pepper
¼ tsp salt

 
Greek Rub
Yield: 3½ tablespoons

1½ tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1½ tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed
1 tsp dried mint
