Orange/Ginger Marinade

Yield: about ½ cup

Ingredients

1 tsp orange zest
¼ C orange juice
2 tsp unsalted butter
2 tsp honey or agave nectar
1 Tbsp grated ginger
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
1 Tbsp chopped green onion
2 Tbsp chopped red onion
1 C grape seed oil
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except oil and salt and pepper in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
  2. With the machine running, slowly add the oil in a steady stream until emulsified.
  3. Add salt and pepper
