⅓ C Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
¾ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ C olive oil
Instructions
- Place lemonjuice, mustard, salt, pepper in small bowl. Whink in olive oil gradually until well blended and slightly thickened.
- Use as marainade or dressing for meat, fish poultry or vegetables, a vinaigrette for salads or dip for vegetables.
