Ingredients

⅓ C Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
¾ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ C olive oil

Instructions
  1. Place lemonjuice, mustard, salt, pepper in small bowl. Whink in olive oil gradually until well blended and slightly thickened.
  2. Use as marainade or dressing for meat, fish poultry or vegetables, a vinaigrette for salads or dip for vegetables.
