Pomgranate Molasses

Yield: ¼ Cup
Ingredients
1 C pomgranate juice
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp Balsamic vinegar (or less)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in small sauce pan. Bring to boil and reduce heat to simmer until reduced to approximately ¼ cup.
- Adjust amount of Balsamic to taste.
