Parmesan Sauce — Fish Topping

Topping for broiled fish.
Yield: ½ Cup
Ingredients
¼ C Parmesan cheese
1/8 C butter, softened
1½ Tbsp mayonaise
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1/16 tsp onion powder
1/16 tsp celery salt
Instructions
- In small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise,and lemon juice. Season with remaining ingredients.
- Set aside. Remove broiled fish from broiler. Spread this topping on each portion. Return to broiler for 2 or 3 minutes, then serve immediately.
