Red Wine Reduction Sauce

2 C beef stock
1 C red wine
1 pt mushrooms, sliced thinly
Salt and pepper

Instructions
- Pour the beef stock and red wine into a medium sized saucepan.
- Simmer the liquids over medium heat for approximately 20 to 30 min. or until the mixture is slightly reduced.
- Add sliced mushrooms and salt and pepper.
- Reduce mixture for an additional 5 minutes.
