Fluffy Sour Cream Dressing for Fruit Salad

A sweet, orangy dressing for fruit

Yield: 3 Cups
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
½ C sugar
⅓ C orange juice
⅓ C lemon juice
1 tsp orange zest
2 C dairy sour cream

Instructions

1. In saucepan mix together eggs, sugar and orange juice.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened; blend in lemon juice and orange zest.
3. Cool.
4. Gently fold in sour cream.
5. Cover and chill; serve over fruit salads.
