Sour Cream Dressing

(dressing, sour cream, lemon, vinegar)

Yield: 1¼ Cup

Ingredients

1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp cayenne
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 C sour cream

Instructions

1. Place salt, sugar and pepper together in a bowl, mix well and add lemon juice, then the vinegar.
2. When mixture is perfectly smooth add the cream. Stir well and refrigerate until needed.

Note: This may be flavored with additional ingredients for variety.
