Yield: 1½ Cups

Ingredients

2 Tbsp chipotle chiles, canned
1 C mayonnaise
¼ C sweet pickle relish
¼ chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Rinse 2 Tbsp canned chipotle chiles, discard seed and veins.
  2. In blender, process the chiles with mayonnaise, relsih, and chopped onion until smooth.
