Herbed Pork Chops in Mushroom Sauce
Herbed Pork Chops in Mushroom Sauce

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

½ tsp Garlic powder
½ tsp Paprika
¼ tsp Dried basil leaves or dried thyme leaves, crushed
4 Boneless pork chops, ¾-in thick (about 1 lb.)
1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
1 Med. onion, sliced (about ½ C)
1 can (10¾oz) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
¼ C Milk
Hot cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a 10-in skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides.
  2. Add the onion to the skillet and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in the soup and milk and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 min. or until the pork is cooked through.
  4. Serve the pork and sauce with the rice.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with steamed snow peas and cut carrots.
