Ingredients

Shelled pecan halves or pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place pecans (or other nuts) on baking sheet and roast until golden and fragrant, 5-6 minutes. Watch carefully to be sure they don't burn.
  3. Store in an air tight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
