Ingredients


1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced (very small)
½ red onion, peeled, diced (very small)
1 small jalapeņo, diced (very small)
1 lime, juiced
2 Tbsp EVOO
2 tsp honey
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions


  1. Mix together the mango, onion, jalapeņo, lime juice, oil, honey, cilantro in a medium-size bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, and stir to combine.
  3. Let sit at room temperature for 30 min. before using.
