Compound Butter with Lemon, Garlic & Parsley

Yield: ¼ Cup

Ingredients

¼ C unsalted Butter, softened (½ stick)
1 Lemon, zested and juiced
Parsley leaves from several stems
3 cloves of Garlic, minced
Kosher salt to taste
Freshly ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Place on a piece of parchment or plastic wrap and roll into a log.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or place in freezer for 15 minutes to firm up.
  4. Slice into rounds and enjoy on steaks, bread or vegetables.
