Beef Steak (bonless) Up to 2" thick Grill, Closed, Open or Flat/Full Smokeless

Closed, Smokeless: Preheat grill and close. 8-10 min. Rest 5 min.
Open or Flat/Full Smokeless, Preheat, cook 6-8 min per side. Rest 5 min.
Preheat to 450°F Sear Internal Temperature:
Rare: 125° - 130°F
M Rare: 130 - 135°F
Med: 140 - 145°F
M Well: 150 - 155°F Well Done: 160°F +
Hamburgers Shape meat into even sized patties Put burgers on preheated lower grill. Grill 4-8 min.
Open or Flat /cook 5-6 per side.

Pork Pork Chop ½ - 1 inch thick Grill: Closed, Open, or Flat, Full Smokless with foot extension adjusted cover Cook 10 min in closed position.
5-6 min per side in open/full smokless. Internal temp 145°F
Bacon Place in single layer Grill or Griddle;
Open/Flat/Full Smokeless with foot extension & adjusted cover
425° (About 20-25 min for 1 lb in using flat/smokless position.)
Place in single layer Grill or Griddle;
Closed/Full Smokeless with foot extension & adjusted cover
375° (About 3 min, turn then 1-2 min. Depending on thickness of slices. Bacon needs to be turned with closed lid because top doesn't press onto the top of the bacon.)
Poultry Chicken breasts (boneless) Pound to even thickness, 1" or less Grill: Closed, Smokeless with foot extension Cook 7-9 min. Internal temp: 165°F
Juices will run clear with no pink.
Chicken thighs (boneless) Spread to even thickness Cook 8-10 min. Internal temp: 170°F
Juices will run clear with no pink.
Fish Fish Fillet 1-2" thick Grill: Closed, Open or Flat/Full Smokeless with Extension and adjusted cover Cook 10-18 min in Closed, Smokeless position.
6-10 min per side when open/flat
Fish Steaks
Sword, tuna, salmon
2" thick, max Cook 10-15 min in Closed, Smokeless position.
