Just a Nip

Some recipes call for just a small amount of alcohol. Rather than buying large (or full-size) bottles of liquor or wine, which can be expensive and take up storage space, buy nip-sized bottles. They usually contain 50 ml, or 3.38 tablespoons each.

And wine, which can become too old to have good flavor, can be purchased in single serving bottles.
