This was designed by Michael (Mikey) Sellick as a Crochet ALong (CAL) project. I downloaded his pattern and selected my own pallet of colors. The idea is the afghan represents the earth beginning with the core at the center and working out through the mantel and crust, ending with the waves crashing on the beaches of the continents.
