1. Step 1: Dc pull through 2 loops.
2. Step 2: Dc pull through 2 loops.
3. Step 3: Dc pull through 2 loops.
4. Step 4: Pull through all loops.
5. Step 5: ch 1.
6. Repeat in every other st.
7. In all following rows, make the puffs in ch spaces.
