Tiffany Blue Round Ripple Afghan

The Tiffany Blue Round Ripple is an elegant round crochet pattern that has ribbons of lace crochet in the valleys. There are a total of 12 points in this ripple crochet blanket, and this pattern can be worked into a baby blanket, lapghan or crochet throw, depending on your size preference. Light and beautiful, this crochet ripple blanket is in a popular color to use in your home, but don't be afraid to switch things up!

Pattern:

Rnd 1: Ch 4, join with sl st to form a ring. Ch 3 (counts as first dc), 11 dc into the ring. Join with sl st in third ch. (12 dc)
Rnd 2: Ch 4 (counts as first dc and ch), (dc in next dc, ch 1) in each st around. Join with sl st in third ch. (12 dc)
Rnd 3: Ch 1, sc in ch sp, ch 3, (sc in next ch sp, ch 3) around. Join with sl st in first sc. (12 ch-3 loops)
Rnd 4: Sl st in ch-3 sp, ch 4 (counts as dc and ch), (dc, ch, dc) in same ch-3 sp, (dc, ch, dc, ch, dc) in each ch-3 sp around. Join with sl st in third ch. (12 3-dc shells)

Repeat rounds 17 through 22 until blanket is desired size.

The blanket can be made in a solid color or can be made with any number of color changes. The best way to make a color change is to complete all but the last slip stitch at the beginning of a round. Cut yarn with a few inches of tail and join with new color next to stitch. Pull new color through for the slip stitch. Weave in ends.
