- Standing Bullion Stitch (Stbs): Place Slip Knot on hook, and rep from * on Bs.
- Standing Single Crochet (Stsc): Place Slip Knot on hook and finish the sc as normal
- If you've never worked a standing crochet stitch before, you might want to check out this tutorial on Standing Crochet Stitches.
- When working into the bullion stitches, work 1 sc into the bullion stitch and 1 sc into ch-1.
- Use tight sl st join to finish each round.
- Fasten Off after each color is finished.
- For a Solid Color: Omit the standing crochet stitches if working in a solid color. Instead of the Stbs, I pulled up a long ch (about 1?) at the beginning of each bullion stitch round. Instead of the Stsc, I made a ch-1 and worked a single crochet in the same chain as join.
